Each series seats ten leaders of one industry and asks them what everyone else is asking quietly: what's under threat, what's changing, and who's right.
Every Ten Chairs series seats ten people who lead a single industry, one chair to a specialism. Each episode puts one question to all ten and sets the answers side by side: where they agree, where they differ, and what that says about where their world is going. At the end of the year it becomes the Annual Report, the industry's year, written from the inside. Every episode is distributed digitally across the industry it convenes, and every season remains on the public record, in full.
Executive search films first. Wealth management and law follow. Three more industries are in planning now.
Once a year, each series closes its season in writing. Not a marketing report: the record of what ten people who run the industry said, on camera, when the same questions were put to all of them.
The first edition, Executive Search 2026, publishes at the close of Season One. Free to the industry.
ABOUT THE ANNUAL REPORT →
Each episode as it publishes, with the season's question and what the ten said. Kept, in full, on the Ten Chairs channel on YouTube.
Seats are held by invitation, one company to a specialism; when a seat is taken, that discipline closes for the season. If you lead a company in one of our industries and believe you should be in the room, tell us which chair is yours and why.
