Contributing
Each series convenes ten companies, one to a specialism. Seats are held by invitation: we research an industry, identify the people who lead each discipline within it, and extend invitations one at a time. When a seat is taken, that discipline is closed for the season. We decline more approaches than we accept. The series only works if every chair is earned.
Contributors give the series one directed sitting a quarter, around ninety minutes at the studio, and their candour. In return, their work, their company, and their thinking sit on the record alongside the nine peers who define their industry, for the season and in the archive permanently.
Seats are one company per specialism, and the season confirms at six seats. Every seat carries a first-episode guarantee: if your first episode isn't what you expected, your fee is refunded in full.
Every episode is delivered directly to the people who run this industry, and to the people who buy from it: [N] named professionals across UK executive search.
Ten Chairs is contributor-funded and editorially curated. Contributors fund the production that features them; they do not decide who else is in the room, and a seat cannot be bought where an invitation hasn't been extended.
