FILMED INTERVIEW SERIES · LONDON

The ten people who run an industry.
The same questions.
On the record.

Each series seats ten leaders of one industry and asks them what everyone else is asking quietly: what's under threat, what's changing, and who's right.

The open chair, on the Ten Chairs set
THE SERIES, IN BRIEF

Every Ten Chairs series seats ten people who lead a single industry, one chair to a specialism. Each episode puts one question to all ten and sets the answers side by side: where they agree, where they differ, and what that says about where their world is going. At the end of the year it becomes the Annual Review, the industry's year, written from the inside. Episodes are delivered directly to the industry by email, and kept, in full, on the Ten Chairs channel on YouTube.

The finale: all ten chairs, one room
THE FINALE

Every season closes with all ten in one room.

One table, the season's open questions, and the portrait of the year's ten.

THE ANNUAL REVIEW

The year in an industry,
written from the inside.

Once a year, each series closes its season in writing. Not a marketing report: the record of what ten people who run the industry said, on camera, when the same questions were put to all of them.

IWhat changed this year, and who called it early
IIThe questions the ten could not agree on
IIIThe survey: what the wider profession thinks
IVPredictions for the year ahead, on the record

The first edition, Executive Search 2026, publishes at the close of Season One. Free to the industry.

THE BRIEFING

Each episode, delivered to your desk.

Each episode as it publishes, with the season's question and what the ten said. Kept, in full, on the Ten Chairs channel on YouTube.

Contributing

Seats are held by invitation, one company to a specialism; when a seat is taken, that discipline closes for the season. If you lead a company in one of our industries and believe you should be in the room, tell us which chair is yours and why.
